why 1 shou untied i like to hike and I do some running to try and stay in shape for my hiking and heath a few years ago while I was coming down a mountain side toward the end of a quick day hike My right shoe was untied At the tim ethis was a ongoing situation running biking hiking always seemed that 1 shoe would become untied I now double knot both shoes when doing these activities but at that moment i was contemplating my life the course it was going and what control i did or did not have over it I looked down at my shoe untied and realized in my life one shoe always ended up untied i decided that when i started righting a journal or story of my life i would title it 1 shoe untied by the way both shoes are either double knotted or untied

just a quick note i started this blog primarily to log a journal of som of my vacations and adventures i do some backpacking with a good friend of mine and have plans for some bigger adventures so i hope to make notes and share pictures as i get a feel for all of this
